It is a multilingual interdisciplinary journal in the field of education and social sciences, published twice a year by the Human Resource Management Academic Research Society (HRMARS). It is issued as an online open access journal, publishing papers in English, Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian and Albanian. Furthermore, a set of the most downloaded articles throughout the year are translated by the editorial team, into English, making them accessible to a wider audience. MAJESS aims to promote academic interchange and attempts to sustain a closer cooperation among academics, researchers, policy makers and practitioners in the region of South-Eastern Europe, taking advantage of its linguistic diversity. With a focus on providing academic space for less widely used European languages, it seeks to contribute to plurilingualism and make an asset out of it through a multilingual approach, providing an international forum for discussion and debate, as well as a critical link between cutting-edge research findings and their practical implications with regard to Educational and Social Sciences.
