All Resomat types of B.&S. GmbH achieve a genuine energy saving byinducting recuperation. At the same time an idle current compensation takesplace, so that the currency supplied by the supply network is almostmaterial / real. The current efficiency exclusively depends on the quality Q of the usedmagnet types
The consistent Resomat employment means there fore also ansubstantial cortribution for the lowering of operating costs.
Q = k .That means: the relationship is appropriate formagnet inductance for the Ohm’s resistance of the solenoid coil in practicewith about 3:1.This is valid for alternating magnets with useful core sheetmetal material, this dynamo-electric sheet metal with small hysteresis loss(see chart current efficiency). The evaluation of this energy saving leads in the computer forecastwith an usual 1kVA round conveyor in a period of operation of about2500 hours per year and with usual industrial electricity rate to alowering of operating cost of 300,- Euro annually.
