5-6 katl› beton binaya montaj yap›lan un fabrikalar› komple bir sistem oldu¤undan uzun vadeli bir yat›r›md›r.Anlaflma yap›lan bir tesisin, uygulamaya girmesi en h›zl› flekilde 2 y›l gibi bir zaman› gerektirir. About Compact Mill Plants
Because of being a complete system, flour plants founded on 5 - 6 layer concrete buildings are long terminvestments. A confirmed facility, starts to work at least in 2 years. First of all, a building appropriate to the projectis built, then machines are assembled. Production starts after assemblage. Production and so profit starts after 2years from the investment’s start. Compact plants have lots of advantages because it does not need more layerbuildings, low investment costs, quicker assemblage.
Also, especially high flour prices in comparison to low wheat prices provides investors to amortize their investmentin a short time such as 6 months, much profit caused increasing in number of investors in the sector.

GENERAL WORKING PRINCIPLE OF COMPACT SYSTEM MILL PLANTSCompact systems consist of three units as Cleaning, Grinding and Packing Unit. Cleaning sections, consist cleaningmachines required to clean wheat. For an optimum cleaning of wheat, 6 important cleaning process must be done.These are,
1- Sifting decomposes bigger and smaller raw materials from the wheat; the machine called trash sassor cleans thewheat and classifies the raw materials and wheat according to their sizes.2- Pneumatic Cleaning; provides cleaning of wheat from light raw materials such as straw, dust, grass seeds etc. bymeans of air.3- Magnetic Cleaning; all kinds of metalic raw materials in the wheat are decomposed by means of magnets. Sopossible defects may be caused by these raw materials to the machines are avoided.4- Trieurs; decomposes broken wheats and round shaped grass seeds that could not be sifted.5- Gravitational Cleaning; decomposition of stones by water, washing and tempering of wheat is generally done bywashing machine. If the wheat is humid, stones are decomposed by dry stone separator machines and a dry cleaningis provided.6- Hulling; Wheat covers that has a negative effect on flour quality, are hulled by means of huller machines in bothdry and humid wheat.In addition to these processes, in some regions, tempering ratio of %3-4 obtained by washing machine is not enoughso a forced tempering machine is used and necessary tempering is provided. In these regions, generally one type ofwheat is used so blending is not performed. But in necessity, valves under the silos can be used to make blending.1. Cleaning UnitsCleaning units consists of 3 groups. These are; Pre-Cleaning, Cleaning and Final Cleaning Sections. Pre-Cleaningsection is generally used in the plants have 6 or more roller machines.1.1. Pre-Cleaning SectionIn this unit, wheat is picked up from treme by elevator, passas through magnet and passes to post trash sassor. Here,wheat is sifted, lighter materials’ cleaning by absorbing is erformed in air canal. Wheat is given to silos or cleaningsection according to the size of the plant.1.2. Cleaning SectionWheat is cleaned, tempered and even blended in this unit. Plant may be constituted of several units according to thesize of the plant or customer requirements. After passing through trash sassor, trieur, and dry huler machine, wheatpasses through stone separator and forced tempering machine if dry cleaning system is necessary. If wet cleaning isneeded, wheat is given only to vertical washing machine. In some regions, both dry and wet systems are performedtogether, appropriate process is applied according to the situation of the wheat. Then tempered wheat is carried towooden tanks. In plants with high capacity, metal and consrete silos are also used. Blending is done after temperingand wheat passes to final cleaning section. In the plants with low capacity, final cleaning unit may be in the cleaningsection or with grinding section. Aspirator and dust cyclone provide necessary air for pneumatic cleaning after trashsassor, huller machines and also absorb air from other machines and prevent dust. According to the size of plant,transfer or pre-tempering units and silos with any capacity can be added to the cleaning unit.1.3. Final Cleaning SectionIn this section, peels of tempered wheat are hulled and cleaned by means of air. Peel tempering is done if necessaryand wheat is sent to grinding section.2. Grinding SectionGrinding Section consists of roller machine, sieve, semolina purifier, semolina aspirator, bran brush, pneumaticequipments and filter machines. Single or double layer systems are applied in these units. These systems have simpleholes below grinding sections to locate pipes and roller mills’ motors decreases building costs.We have various models, roller mill machines and sieves are on same layer, assembled on same chasis on the floor.There is a pneumatic air apparatus on the chasis. This system is available from 2 roller machines to 18 roller machineswith various capacities.In double layer models, roller machines are at up layer, sieves are at down layer. This kind of mill plants are producedas 6-8-10-12 roller mills. Also different models are available as roller machines on the floor, sieves on the up layer.Both of the systems have pneumatic transporting systemon up layer. These are on completely steel constructionchasis so it does not cost too much building expenses.3. Packing Unit:Various types are available according to customer requirements.

Temizleme Üniteleri, bu¤daytemizlemede gerekli olan temizleme makinelerini içerir. Bilindi¤i gibi temizleme de 6 önemli temizleme iflleminin yap›lmas›bu¤dayda iyi bir temizleme için gereklidir.
Bunlar,1- Eleme ile bu¤daydan büyük ve küçük yabanc› maddelerin temizlenmesi; Çöp sasörü olarak bilinen makinelerdeyap›lan bu temizleme de yabanc› maddeler ile bu¤daylar, ebatlar›na göre ayr›lmaya tabi tutulurlar.2-Have ile temizleme; Hafif olan saman, toz, ot tohumlar› gibi yabanc› maddelerin hava ile temizlenmesi sa¤lan›r.3- Manyetik temizleme; Bu¤dayla birlikte olabilen ve manyetik özelli¤i olan her türlü metallerin m›knat›slar iletemizlenmesi yap›l›r. Böylece bu metallerin çeflitli makinelere zarar vermesi de önlenmifl olur.4-Eleme ile ayr›lamayan yuvarlak ot tohumlar› ve k›r›k bu¤daylar›n ayr›lmas› triyörler ile sa¤lan›r.5-A¤›rl›k prensibine göre temizleme; Genellikle y›kama makinesi kullan›larak, su ile tafllar›n ayr›lmas›, bu¤day›ny›kanmas› ve tavlanmas› gerçeklefltirilir. Bu¤day›n rutubetli oldu¤u bölgelerde kuru tafl ay›r›c› makinesi kullan›larakkuru sistem temizleme ile tafllar›n ayr›lmas› sa¤lan›r.6-Kabuk soyma; Unda kaliteye olumsuz etkisi olan kabuklar, kuru bu¤dayda ve yafl bu¤dayda olmak üzere kabuksoyma makineleri vas›tas›yla temizlenir.Bu temizleme ifllemlerine ilaveten baz› bölgelerde y›kama makinesi ile verilen %3-4 nispetindeki tav miktar› yeterliolmad›¤›ndan cebri tav makinesi kullan›larak kabuk tav› da verilmifl olur. Bu bölgelerde genellikle tek tip bu¤daykullan›ld›¤›ndan paçallama yap›lmaz. Ancak zorunlu hallerde silo alt›nda bulunan klapeler kullan›larak tam sa¤l›kl›olmamakla birlikte paçallama yap›labilir.1. Temizleme ÜniteleriTemizleme modülleri 3 grupta toplan›r. Bunlar Ön temizleme, temizleme ve son temizleme modülleridir. Ön temizlememodülü genellikle 6 veya daha fazla valsa sahip fabrikalarda kullan›l›r.1.1. Ön Temizleme ÜnitesiBu modülde tremeden al›nan bu¤daylar elevatörle m›knat›stan geçirilerek posta çöp sasörüne verilir. Burada eleme iletemizleme yap›larak, hava kanal›nda hafif maddelerin emilerek temizlenmesi sa¤lan›r. Tesis büyüklü¤üne ba¤l› olaraksilolara veya temizleme ünitesine verilir.1.2.Temizleme ÜnitesiBu modül bu¤day›n temizlendi¤i, tavland›¤› hatta paçalland›¤› ünitedir. Tesis büyüklü¤üne ve iste¤e ba¤l› olarak birkaçmodülden oluflabilir. Çöp sasörü, triyör, kuru kabuk soyma makinelerinden sonra kuru sistem istenen bölgelerdebu¤day, tafl ay›r›c› ve cebri tavlama makinesinden geçer. Yafl sistem istenen bölgelerde sadece dik y›kama kurutmamakinesine verilir. Baz› bölgelerde kuru ve yafl sistem birlikte bulunarak bu¤day›n durumuna göre uygun prosesuygulan›r. Böylece tavlanm›fl olan bu¤day ahflap silolara verilir. Kapasitesi yüksek olan tesislerde metal veya betonsilolar da kullan›l›r. Tavlama sonras› paçallama yap›larak son temizleme ünitesine gönderilir. Küçük tesislerde sontemizleme ünitesi temizleme modülü içinde veya ö¤ütme modülü ile birlikte yap›l›r. Aspiratör ve toz siklonu ile çöpsasörü, kabuk soyma makinelerinden sonra yap›lan hava ile temizleme için gerekli hava sa¤lan›rken, di¤ermakinelerden de hava emilerek tozma yapmamas› sa¤lan›r. Tesis büyüklü¤üne ba¤l› olarak aktarma veya ön tavlamamodülleri ile birlikte istenilen kapasitede silolar, temizleme modülüne ilave edilebilir.1.3. Son Temizleme ÜnitesiBu modülde tavlanm›fl bu¤day›n kabu¤u soyularak bu kabuklar hava ile temizlenir. Gerekti¤inde kabuk tav› yap›larakbu¤day, ö¤ütme ünitesine gönderilir.2. Ö¤ütme ÜniteleriÖ¤ütme üniteleri vals, elek, irmik sasörü, irmik fan›, kepek f›rças›, pnömatik ve hava tertibat›, filtre makinelerini kapsar.Bu modüllerde iki katl› veya tek katl› olarak bilinen sistemler uygulan›r. Bu sistemlerde ö¤ütme k›sm› alt›na yap›lanbasit bir çukurdan ak›fl borular› ve vals motorlar› yerlefltirilerek inflaat maliyetleri düflürülmüfl olur.Çeflitli modellerimiz mevcut olmakla beraber valslar ve elekler ayn› katta, zeminde bir flaseye monte edilmifltir. fiaseüzerinde pnömatik hava tertibat› bulunmaktad›r. Bu sistemle 2 valstan 18 valsa kadar de¤iflik kapasitelerde sistemleryap›lmaktad›r.‹ki katl› modüllerde valslar üst katta, elekler alt katta olarak yap›lm›flt›r. Bu tip kompakt de¤irmenlerde 6-8-10-12 valsl›olarak üretilmektedir. Bu sistemden farkl› olarak valslar zeminde, elekler üst katta olarak yap›lan tiplerdebulunmaktad›r. Her iki sistemde de ikinci kat›n üzerinde pnömatik tafl›ma sistemi bulunmaktad›r. Bunlar tamamen çelikkonstrüksiyon olarak flase üzerinde oldu¤undan ciddi bir inflaat maliyeti gerektirmemektedir.3. Paketleme ÜnitesiHer türlü iste¤e göre, çok de¤iflken olarak imal edilmektedir.
