    Trigema je dvacetilet. Prola si zkladnm i stedokolskm vzdlnm. Dospla. V souasn dob pokrauje se svm vzdl-vnm v rmci univerzitnho studia a jej monosti a dovednosti se stle zvtuj. V, e nic nen zadarmo, a e ve, co do dne-nho dne dokzala, je zsluhou pracovitch a vzdlanch lid, trigemk. Je to drav, stabiln, siln firma s viz, kter ji za sebou m i nezanedbateln dlouhou historii. Jej hlavn hodnotou je dvryhodnost vi klientm a dvra vi zamstnancm.

    Zkladem naeho podnikn je v souasnosti development. Ten realizujeme v trochu irm zbru ne je obvykl. Krom standardn developersk spolenosti mme ve skupin i stavebn firmu, kter od t developersk dostv prci v rozsahu cca 70 % jejho ronho obratu. Po dokonen stavby pebr sprvu nad objektem nae facilitn spolenost. Take cyklus developer projektant stavebn firma sprvcovsk firma pokrvme cel vlastnmi silami. A ostatn aktivity jsou vt-inou produktem na developersk innosti.

    Take jsme postavili a nyn provozujeme dva vdeckotechnick parky v Roztokch. Tamt vlastnme a provozujeme kongresov hotel Academic. Na Monnci provozujeme nejvt lyask arel ve Stedoeskm kraji a na umav prona-jmme jeden men, kter pipravujeme k rozshl investici (Samoty).

    Stedndob chceme rezidenn projekty stavt i v jinch mstech ne jen v Praze. A nechceme se omezovat jen na es-kou republiku. Dlouhodob mme ambici se vyprofilovat do investin skupiny.

    Vdy se sname bt na pednch pozicch v pomru cena / vkon. To je pro ns nesmrn dleit. I kvli tomu jsme vloni zahjili koncept Chytrho bydlen, jeho standardy aplikujeme na kad n projekt. Tm bychom mli zaruovat vysokou kvalitu naich byt, a budou postaven v Letanech nebo Novch Butovicch. Pi perfektn znalosti rezidennho trhu jsme schopni i relativn sprvn nastavovat cenu jak na stran nkladov tak prodejn, a tm se i bez slev jasn cenov vymezit v och zkaznka.

    Rok 2014 pro ns byl urit nejlepm rokem v historii firmy. Zaznamenali jsme rekordn hospodsk vsledek i rekordn obrat. Prakticky jsme rozprodali prvn etapu projektu SMART byty a zahjili pedprodej druh etapy, kter nabdne 137 byt. Po necelch tech tdnech pedprodeje jsme prodali tm 50 % byt z II. etapy. Posledn voln byty byly dokoneny i v naem dalm projektu 2Barevn Letany, kde vyrostlo celkem 206 byt.

    Dnes matesk spolenost Trigema a.s. zasteuje pt hlavnch subkoncern, ktermi jsou Trigema Real Estate, Trigema Building, Trigema Travel, Trigema R&D a Trigema Startup. Jejich nzvy napovdaj i o jejich hlavn innosti.

    Spolenost Trigema Startup a.s. jsme zaloili v srpnu 2013. Jedn se tedy o mladou spolenost, kter vstoupila na trhu novtorskch projekt a na podzim roku 2014. Jde o investin spolenost zamenou na nov vznikajc projekty, kter budou pnosem nejen pro nai spolenost. Zajmaj ns pevn projekty ze stavebnictv, realit, developmentu, vdy a vzkumu. Nebrnme se ovem npadm i s jinm zamenm. Startupm meme krom potenho kapitlu na-bdnout tak prostory v naich vlastnch inkubtorech se vemi jejich slubami a vhodami.

    Trigema is twenty years old. It has gone through its primary and secondary education. It has matured. It is now continuing its education at university and its opportunities and skills are continuing to expand. It knows that nothing is free, and everything it has done to now is thanks to hard working and educated people, our trigemks. It is a go-getting, stable, strong company with a vision and with a not inconsiderable history behind it. Its key value is trustworthiness towards clients and belief in its employees.

    The foundation for our business is now real estate development. We do this within a somewhat wider scope than is usual. Besides a standard developer, our group also includes a construction company which gets work from the developer to an extent of approx. 70 % of its annual turnover. After construction completion, our facility management company takes over administration of the building. We cover the whole of this developer designer construction company administration company cycle with our own manpower. And our other activities are usually a product of our development activities.

    We have built, and now we run, two science and technology parks in Roztoky. We also own and run the Academic Congress Hotel in the same place. At Monnec, we operate the largest ski resort in the Central Bohemia Region, and in umava we are renting a smaller resort which we are preparing for extensive investment (Samoty).

    In the medium term, we want to build residential projects at other sites outside of Prague. And we dont want to limit oursel-ves just to the Czech Republic. In the long term, we aim to set ourselves up as an investment group. We always endeavour to be a leader in terms of price / performance ratio. This is absolutely key for us. This is one reason we launched the Smart Living concept last year, whose standards we apply to all our projects, ensuring the high quality of our apartments, whether they are built at Letany or Nov Butovice. With our insider knowledge of the residential market, we are able to set up prices relatively well in terms of costs and sales prices, catching the attention of customers even without discounts.

    2014 was without doubt the best year in the history of the company. The company recorded record business results and a re-cord turnover. We virtually sold the whole first phase of the SMART apartments project, and launched presales of the second phase, offering 137 apartments. After almost three weeks of presales, we had sold almost 50 % of the apartments in II. phase. Only a final few apartments were left in our other project, 2Barevn Letany, too, where a total of 206 apartments were built.

    Today, Trigema a.s. is an umbrella company for five key sub-concerns, these being Trigema Real Estate, Trigema Building, Trigema Travel, Trigema R&D and Trigema Startup. Their names correspond to their key activities.

    We founded Trigema Startup a.s. in August 2013, and it is a young company which entered the innovative project market in autumn 2014. It is an investment company focused on newly emerging projects which will be of benefit not just to our company. We are mainly interested in projects in construction, real estate, development, science and research. But we arent against ideas in other sectors either. As well as initial capital, we can also offer start-ups premises in our own incubators with all inherent services and benefits.

    Stavebn sektor je zvisl na celkov ekonomick situaci, na rozmarech sttu a investor. Stavebn spolenosti bojuj o kadou zakzku asto a do krve, soupe s firmami, kter nabzej realizaci za podnkladov stky a vynakldaj as a tm i nklady na zakzky, kter pak ani nezskaj. Jako developei jsme toho ueteni. Samozejm musme zskat vhod-n pozemky, vechna pslun povolen, obhat vemon mysliteln ady, umt sehnat potebn finann prostedky a podobn. Odhadujeme nrst o dalch 5 % na 6300 - 6600 prodanch novch byt v Praze.

Dlouhodob pak mme ambici se vyprofilovat do investin skupiny, co zce souvis s tm, jak plnujeme a jak nakldme s naimi aktulnmi projekty. Vdy zvaujeme, jak vyuit projektu je pro ns nejvhodnj, napklad zda jej mme prodat, pronajmout a nechat provozovat nkoho dalho, nebo zda jej mme provozovat sami. Rdi bychom takto zskan zkuenosti zroili prv v oblasti investovn.

    The world has got used to the long-term crisis. In early 2014, it looked like the global economy was reviving. But dangers can pop up from anywhere. Whether from China where GDP growth fell significantly in 2013, or from Eastern Europe where the revolutionary winter in Ukraine has transformed into activated Russian military units protecting Russian inte-rests in the previously Ukrainian Crimean peninsula.

    The construction sector is dependent on the global economic situation, on the whims of the state and on investors. Construction companies battle for every job, often letting blood, competing with companies which offer construction at less-than-cost prices, and spend time and money on jobs which they wont then get. As a developer, we can avoid that. Naturally, we have to get suitable land, including necessary permits, go round all sorts of authorities and offices, know how to gather the finances needed, and so on. Its not a walk in the park, but our future is more or less in our hands. And it will continue to be so in future.

    If Czech National Bank predictions come true, 2015 will continue to be marked by cheap money. Current developments suggest that if money begins to get more expensive, this wont happen until 2016. Rising money costs results in higher mortgage interest rates. If these are not expected to rise this year, then we might expect to sell even more apartments than last year.

    We estimate growth of a further 5 % to 6300 - 6600 new apartments sold in Prague.

    In the medium term, we aim to build residential projects in other cities than just Prague. And we dont even want to re-strict ourselves to just the Czech Republic. In the long term, we aim to set ourselves up as an investment group, which is closely related to how we plan and deal with our current projects. We always carefully consider what use of a project is most beneficial for us; whether, for example, we want to sell or rent out and let someone else run the site, or if we want to run it ourselves. We would like to apply this experience in the field of investments.

    Nae projekty se od lta roku 2014 sname nabzet v konceptu Trigema Chytr bydlen. Vechny nae projekty si toti doposud vytvely svbytnou identitu a vlastn komunikan rmec. S nrstem objemu prodej i aktulnch projekt vak Trigema pichz s jednotnou znakou Trigema Chytr bydlen, kter zasteuje vechny jej rezidenn projekty. Rozhodn vak nechceme jt cestou njak unifikace a sriov vroby. Kad projekt je pro ns stle novou vzvou a ka-d cl na trochu jinou clovou skupinu. Nicmn u vme, e cesta zvyovn kvality a standard bydlen v kombinaci s pokroilm technologickm vybavenm vech dom je sprvnou volbou. Konceptem Chytrho bydlen, jeho standardy aplikujeme na kad n dal projekt, chceme zaruovat vysokou kvalitu naich novch byt, a ji budou postaven v Letanech nebo Novch Butovicch.

    Jedn se o balk parametr bytovho projektu, kter jako celek napluje definici chytrho bydlen. Mimo ppravu pro inteligentn systmy, kter dky nzvu nejsnze vynvaj, lze mezi dal vlastnosti zaadit zelen bydlen (etrn k ivot-nmu prosted i finannm monostem majitel), modulov bydlen (mysl na momentln poteby zkaznk i na mon budouc vvoj jeho ivotn situace), ohledy na zdrav a bezpenost, plnou vybavenost v dochzkov vzdlenosti projek-tu (koly, kolky, poliklinika, ady, zbava, sport apod.), a tak lokalitu nkolik krok od MHD a pedevm v blzkosti me-tra. Zjednoduen jsme koncept Chytrho bydlen rozdlili do pti navzjem propojench segment: ekologie a energie, modern technologie, zdrav a bezpe, cena a sluby na dosah, kter spolen ovlivuj spokojen bydlen naich klient.

    Since summer 2014, we have strived to offer our projects with the Trigema Smart Living concept. Until now, our projects have all had their own identity and own communication framework. With the growth in sales volume and current pro-jects, however, Trigema has come up with a single Trigema Smart Living brand which covers all its residential projects. But we certainly dont want to go the route of unification and mass production. Every project remains a new challenge for us, and each one is focused on a slightly different target group. Nonetheless, we know that the path for increasing home quality and standards in combination with advanced technology in all buildings is the right choice. With the Smart Living concept, whose standards we are applying on all our further projects, we want to guarantee the high quality of our new apartments, whether they are built in Letany or Nov Butovice.

    This involves a package of apartment project parameters which altogether corresponds to the definition of smart living. As well as preparation for intelligent systems installation, which are easiest to induce from the name, other characteri-stics include implementation of green living (environmentally-friendly and saving money for the owner), modular living (considering the customers current needs and the possible future development of his life), considerations of safety, full amenities within walking distance of the project (schools, nursery schools, clinics, public authorities, entertainment, sport etc.) and also a location nearby public transport and especially proximity to the metro. Putting it simply, we have divided the Smart Living concept into five mutually linked segments: environment and energy, modern technologies, health and safety, price and services within reach, and together these impact on the satisfaction of our clients living arrangements.

    Trigema a.s. has been on the Czech market since 1994. In its jubilee 20th year, after two years of falling turnover, our company achieved record business results. These results reflect above all the situation in the residential market, the sale and completion of the 2Barevn Letany residential project.

The celebration was conceived as a street music festival, to which well--known Czech bands and television entertainers were invited. The event was linked with the placing of the foundation stone for the companys new residential project and open to the general public. Although the weather wasnt the best, company employees, business partners and family members celebrated the birthday in great style. Trigema had plenty of umbrellas ready in case of rain, and these were used especially by visitors who wanted to listen to performances by bands Lety Mimo, The Colorblinds and The Tap Tap, or see perfor-mances by the entertainers of programme, Na stojka Luk Pavlsek and Daniel ech. Over the course of the whole party, visitors created the foundation stone by working toge-ther a cubed gabion filled with white pebbles onto which people could leave messages for the next generation in the foundations of the new project.

Marcel Soural je mstopedsedou sprvn rady tto obecn prospn spolenosti./ The main recipient of our support is the charity Centrum Paraple, o.p.s., which helps people with spinal injuries return to a full life. Each year, Trigema takes part in the charity Run for Paraple, and as part of Zdenk Svraks charitable academy gave the organisation a cheque for 850 000 CZK. Over the course of the year, total donations exceeded 1 000 000 CZK. Marcel Soural is Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors for the charity.

The Trigema Prize is announced during this competition, which is awarded to the most impressive photograph or series of photographs of natural life. This award was won in 2014 by Vclav ilha for a truly sharp image of a parrot (Red-and--green macaw) taken in Macaws Hole in Brazil.

    / In 2014, Trigema was once again the official partner for the Golden Spike, and like every year, the athletes achieved some great results. In the 100 m sprint, Justin Gatlin achieved his best result of the season in the 100 m with a time of 9.86 s. Vtzslav Vesel achieved a great result for the Czech Republic in the javelin. With a result of 87.38 metres, Jan elezns charge was second in the world rankings.

    / Company employees, who get gifts on their birthdays and other work and life jubilees in the form of gift hampers, fle-xipasses, etc., are also involved in social responsibility. From their own initiative, the option of foregoing a gift to support those in need was set up. Trigema gives these funds once a year to support a social or general charitable business. In 2014, employees voted to award these funds to the Invisible Exhibition where you can see for yourself what its like to lose your sight, trying out everyday activities in complete darkness.     Druh etapa developerskho projektu 2Barevn Letany byla zkolaudovna v srpnu a finln tet o tm ti msce pozdji. Stejn jako prvn etapa nabdla bydlen v energeticky spornch stavbch za ceny srovnateln s bnmi novo-stavbami.

    2Barevn Letany se staly v mnoha ohledech pelomovm projektem. U v roce 2012 pily s byty v energetick nro-nosti skupiny B velice energeticky sporn budova.

    Vedle kvalitnho vyzdn z plench cihel, kter je typick pro vechny nae stavby, pouvme pi stavb kvalitn plastov okna s trojskly, kter vrazn sniuj tepeln ztrty a et tak energie na vytpn byt. Zkladnm prvkem ekologickho a zrove velmi kvalitnho bydlen je vestavn systm vzduchotechniky s vkonnmi rekuperanmi jednotkami. Tento systm jsme zde nov aplikovali. A dky nmu je zajitno rovnomrn vtrn vech byt a tedy i vy kvalita vzduchu, dle tak rovnomrn vytpn celho obytnho prostoru.

    Druh a tet etapa pak pinesla dal zsadn zmnu, doposud na praskm trhu nevidnou modulov bydlen. V pro-jektu jsou pipraveny byty, kter je mono zakoupit zvl a pozdji spojit pomoc jednoduchch prav. Mon je tak byty rovnou spojit a jednoduchmi pravami se dle poteby vytvo dva samostatn byty. Vhodou tohoto een je pi-zpsobovn bytovho een aktuln poteb majitele, tedy i mon finann pjmy v ppad, e se majitel rozhodne vyuvat doasn jen jeden byt a druh pronajmat.

    2Barevn Letany v sob spojuj sv modern architekturu, klidn prosted a dobrou dopravn dostupnost. Projekt, re-spektive jeho prvn etapa, byl tak ocenn v nkolika oborovch soutch zskal napklad jen stbrnou pku v souti Best of Realty za rok 2013 v kategorii rezidennch projekt.

    Ti etapy projektu nabdly dohromady vce ne 200 novch byt rozdlench do 9 bytovch dom. Projekt byl doprodn po mn ne esti mscch po kolaudaci posledn etapy.

    Phase II of the 2Barevn Letany development project was given occupancy approval in August and the third and final phase almost three months later.

    Like Phase I, it offers homes in energy efficient buildings at prices comparable to standard new-build homes. 2Barevn Letany has become a turning-point project in many respects. In 2012, apartments in the Group B energy efficiency classification were introduced very energy efficient building.

    Besides high quality clay brick walls, typical for all our buildings, we also use plastic triple-glazed windows during con-struction, which significantly reduce heat loss, saving energy in heating your home. The key feature of our environmenta-lly friendly yet also very high quality homes is the built-in air conditioning system with powerful recovery units. We have applied this system for the first time here, and it ensures even ventilation of all apartments, and thus higher air quality and even heating of the whole living area.

    The second and third phases brought in another key change not previously seen in Prague modular living. The project contains apartments which can be purchased separately and later joined together with simple adjustments. You can also connect the apartments immediately and later create two separate apartments as needed. The benefit of this solution is that the living solution can be adjusted to the current needs of the owner, including a possible income if the owner decides to use just one apartment temporarily and rent out the second one.

    2Barevn Letany brings together fresh contemporary architecture, peaceful surroundings and good transport accessi-bility. The project, specifically Phase I, was awarded prizes in a number of competitions, such as a silver award in the Best of Realty competition in 2013 in the residential projects category.

    The projects three phases provided a total of over 200 new apartments divided over 9 apartment buildings. The project was sold out less than six months after occupancy approval was granted for the final phase.

    V beznu byl zahjen prodej I. etapy projektu SMART byty Nov Butovice. V ervenci pak zapoala vstavba celho projek-tu, vetn jeho II. etapy, jej prodej byl naplnovn na zatek roku 2015. SMART navazuje na trendy, kter spolenost naznaila u ve svch dvjch projektech a dle je rozpracovv.

    V rmci projektu SMART byty v Novch Butovicch vzniknou ve dvou etapch dva bytov domy, kter nabdnou ke tem stovkm byt. Ty budou, jak u se u byt Trigemy stalo standardem, energeticky sporn a nov navc pibyde pprava pro technologie inteligentnho bydlen. Projekt je nejen citliv zasazen do stvajc zstavby, ale sna se rozvjet lokalitu Novch Butovic, kter je dleitou dopravn kiovatkou a roste jej vznam jako administrativnho a obchodnho centra.

    Zkladnm prvkem ekologickho a zrove velmi kvalitnho bydlen je vestavn systm vzduchotechniky. U projektu SMART jsou navc vzduchotechnick jednotky rozen o monost dochlazovn pivdnho vzduchu v lt, co je zdra-vj systm dochlazovn ne pouvn napklad klimatizace. SMART pokrauje v spnm konceptu modulovho bydlen.

    Krom modernho bydlen za ceny srovnateln s bnmi novostavbami vzniknou v projektu i prostory pro komern vyuit a tak galerie pro esk fotografy spojen s kavrnou. Vznikne tady tak pirozen prostor pro odpoinek i zskn nov inspirace. Novinkou projektu je pprava pro technologie inteligentnho bydlen. Inteligentn systmy nejen zpjem-n obvn bytu, ale jsou schopn uetit majiteli bytu nemal stky. Po vstavb stle novch administrativnch budov jde o jeden z prvnch bytovch projekt, kter nabdne bydlen ve vysokm standardu jen nkolik metr od metra.

    SMART byty vykazovaly v prbhu roku skvl prodejn vsledky. Jen bhem pedprodejn fze, kdy byly byty pednostn nabdnuty zjemcm, kte projevili zjem o jejich koupi, se rezervovala bezmla tetina byt nabzen prvn etapy.

    V prosinci bylo rezervovno tm 120 byt II. etapy, co ve vsledku znamen 80 % spnost.

    SMART APARTMENTS

    In March, sales of Phase I of the SMART Apartments Nov Butovice project were launched. In July, construction of the whole project began, including Phase II, whose sale was planned for the beginning of 2015. SMART is based on trends which we have observed in our previous projects and have built on.

    As part of the SMART APARTMENTS project in Nov Butovice, two apartment buildings will be built in two phases pro-viding three hundred apartments. As is now standard for Trigema apartments, these will be energy efficient and now will also contain fittings ready for the installation of intelligent living. The project is not just sensitively placed within the current neighbourhood, but also endeavours to develop the Nov Butovice location, which is an important transport node whose importance is growing as an administrative and shopping centre.

    The key feature of our environmentally friendly yet also very high quality homes is the bulit-in air conditioning system with powerful recovery units. The air can be cooled additionally in summer, which is more healthy than simple air-condi-tioning. SMART is continuing in ouir successful modular living concept.

    Besides contemporary homes at prices comparable to standard new-build, the project will also involve the creation of premises for commercial use, and also a gallery for Czech photographers and caf. As such, a natural space will be created for relaxation and drawing new inspiration. New for the project is preparations for installing intelligent living technologies. These intelligent systems dont just enhance life in your apartment, but can also save owners a lot of money. Following the construction of ever more new administrative buildings, this is one of the first residential projects offering accommo-dation to a high standard just a few metres from the metro.

    SMART apartments have demonstrated excellent sales results over the course of the year. Just during the presales phase when apartments were offered to those who have expressed an interest only, almost a third of the apartments offered during the first phase were reserved. In December, almost 120 apartments in second phase were reserved, which corresponds to an 80% success rate.

    This modern science complex serves the purposes of applied research and development in Roztoky u Prahy. The project is a combination of a science and technology park, business incubator and transfer technology centre. As part of the project, a new building with a total leasable area of 3 777 m2 has been built. The project also involves the acquisition of new technologies in accordance with the specialisation of the science and technology park.

    The science and technology park is conceived as multidisciplinary and based on co-operation with the Czech Technical University in Prague and Pragues Charles Universitys Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. Specifically this involves:

Objekt je vybaven systmem vzduchotechniky, akustickmi podhledy a novmi plastovmi okny. Na nov pavilon navazuje objekt modern tlocviny s umlm osvtlenm a s odpruenou podlahou z dubovch vlys. Obvodov pl tlocviny je tvoen lehkmi PIR panely v kombinaci s hlinkovmi elektricky ovldanmi vklopnmi okny. / As part of building the extension to the elementa-ry school in Stranice, a new teaching section and gym was built. The teaching section contains four new and modern classrooms, sanitary facilities and teachers offices. The building is equipped with an air-conditioning system, acoustic ce-ilings and new plastic windows. The new section is linked to a modern gym with lighting and oak spring floor. The gym ex-terior walls are covered with light PIR panels in combination with aluminium electrically controlled hopper-type windows.

New plastic windows and an entrance door were fitted, with the roofs of most sections renovated. The exterior walls were fitted with insulation and given a new coat of coloured rendering.

Bylo proto teba dbt dslednho dodrovn vech bod harmonogramu tak, aby provoz nebyl nijak vn naruen a chod tto vznamn nemocnice nebyl ochromen. Soust byla i rekonstrukce stech obou osmi a devtipodlanch pavilon, rekonstrukce prbnch balkon, repase i vmna zbradl. Byla pouita jak plastov okna, tak i hlinkov porn dlc stny. / All windows were replaced, and insulation of the exterior of two tall pavilions was implemented while all in-patient and administrative parts of the building were in use. As such, careful attention had to be paid to ensuring all points of the timetable were kept to so that operations were not seriously di-srupted and this major hospital could be run without problems. The work also involved renovation of the roofs of both eight- and nine-storey pavilions, renovation of balconies, remanufacturing and replacement of railings. Plastic windows and aluminium fireproof walls were used.

During Phase I, windows were replaced and the exterior walls were insulated along with the roofs of the classrooms and dining room. This phase also included replacing the heating system with a heat pump located on the building roof. Phase II involved renovation of the classroom interiors acoustic ceilings, new sanitary facilities, floorings etc.

Snen energetick nronosti pitom nemus projekt prodrait, pokud je dobe navren a po-staven. / Trigema is endeavouring to work towards lasting sustainability and a high quality environment. The company began constructing buildings in Energy Group B (energy-efficient buildings) in 2012, and with each additional project we are moving this standard further forward. We are now bringing together previously separate projects under the common Trigema Smart Living brand. This represents a promise of high quality low-energy buildings and smart homes. In 2014, two thirds of the 2Barevn Letany apartment project was completed, where over 140 new apartments were built, all of which are energy efficient and offer residents the benefits of a forced ventilation and heat recovery system (which doesnt just heat air, but also cools it during the summer). This reduction in the buildings energy use does not necessarily result in a more expensive project if it is well-designed and built.

Pro Roztoky jako obec to m obrovsk pnos v opylovac innosti nejen na zahradch, parcch a polch v okol, ale i pro nedalek lesn porosty a louky ve voln prod. Hmyzosnubn rostliny jsou opylovny z 96 % velami, a kdyby nebylo vel, za velmi krtkou dobu by vymely. Vely pat do ekosystmu jako takovho a jako jedin spoleensk hmyz nm pin uitek i ze svch produkt jako je med, vel vosk, propolis, pyl, mate kaika a vel jed. / In June 2014, our new apiary was officially opened, which is located directly within the premises of the Science and Technology Park in Roztoky. It contains 10 bee colonies which Augustin Uvik will be looking after (beekeeping teacher, member of the Czech Beekeepers Union and Educational Offi-cer for the Czech Beekeepers Union Prague and eporyje branches). This is of massive benefit to Roztoky as a town, with pollen transferral not only in gardens, parks and nearby fields, but also in the nearby woodland and meadows in the open countryside. Entomophilous plants are 96 % pollinated by bees, and if it wasnt for bees they would die in a very short time. Bees are a part of the ecosystem in general and are the only social insect useful to us in the products they produce such as honey, beeswax, propolis, pollen, royal jelly and apisin.

As such, we have joi-ned the list of companies which undertake building insulation on the basis of the recommendations of the Czech Society for Ornithology and we actively help protect swifts in our construction work (in collaboration with designers, investors and government authorities).

The response to Roztoky Science and Technology Park means we are continuing in the field of science. This new park is a sy-nergetic complement to the previous park and provides many new jobs for qualified workers in Prague and Central Bohemia. The Roztoky SP project is perhaps even more ambitious than its predecessor and offers researchers not just various types of research laboratory, but also administrative facilities, underground parking and a green roof terrace for relaxation. The Science Parks objective is to create a positive environment for innovative companies and provide them with services and premises allowing for co-operation between universities or research organisations and the business sector. Roztoky Science Park is fo-cused on developing electrical engines and electronic engineering (the development and testing of driving mechanisms and parts for electric cars, electrical engineering low current laboratory and computer methods, automation and optimisation of ma-nufacturing processes by computing methods, solving logistics jobs, developing telecommunication and related fields). The pro-ject combines a science and technology park, business incubator for small and medium-sized businesses and a transfer tech-nology centre. Discussions are still underway on future co-operation with representatives from Mexico, Turkey and Germany.

    Our new company, Trigema Startup a.s. was first introduced to the public at the Business Support Fair. Besides in-vestments and services, we offer startup companies premises in business incubators at special prices with the oppor-tunity to collaborate with experienced scientists and engineers. Trigema Startup offers start-ups capital assistance and fully equipped premises in business incubators. These are located in the Roztoky STP and SP technology parks and you can also arrange the use of unique technological equipment with other tenants, often the only one of its kind in Central Europe. The company is focusing mainly on initial, so-called angel investments and is mainly supporting projects which are linked in some way to construction, development and tourism. But we also welcome mechanical engineering and computing start-ups.

    We also operate in tourism. In 2013, this sector grew and so the company Trigema Travel a.s. was founded, which brings together the interests of our tourism companies. Our main activities include the running of Monnec sports resort, Aca-demic Congress Hotel and UP Events s.r.o. events agency.

    The Monnec resort is made up of the three-star Hotel Monnec with 84 beds, restaurant, pool and sauna and also typical mountain chalets and suites. In the winter, a piste over a kilometre in length is in operation with the use of snow-guns and night lighting, a four-seater chair-lift and a surface lift, with a snowpark also available to visitors. In summer, a number of sports activities can be undertaken within the resort or nearby, such as tennis, golf and others. Particularly popular are the cycle paths around Monnec and our bikepark. The resort also contains a self-service restaurant and congress hall for 200 people.

    Academic Congress & Hotel Centre is a short distance from Prague in the town of Roztoky. It is ideal for company trai-ning or parties. The hotel restaurant offers its customers a menu made up of excellent meat and delicious burgers and wonderful tapas. Guests can enjoy time spent in Academic Gallery, where there is always an interesting photography exhibition, or go bowling.

    UP Events s.r.o. is an agency focused mainly on company or group events such as team building, parties or incentive trips. We thus complement our hotels portfolios and offer event organisation and additional programmes.

    Winter at Monnec began on 30. 12. 2014, with Monnec preparing new ski tariffs for the new season, giving all visitors access to the snowpark, and being one of the first to introduce the new funline in the Czech Republic, and above all by including the ski pass in the Toulavka experience card, which provides discounts throughout the Toulava region.

    There are now two old surface ski lifts in operation at the resort. We are planning to invest in a new chair lift, three new surface lifts, a large car park, modern snowmaking system, kids park, snowpark, bikepark, self-service restaurant, ski hire and a number of ski schools. In 2014 the project was in the phase of acquiring the necessary permits.

    For the occasion of the 150th anniversary of separate mechanical engineering lessons at the Faculty of Mechanical En-gineering, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University awarded an honorary medal to Marcel Soural for his significant work with the school. The Czech Technical University is deservedly one of the most prestigious schools in the Czech Republic. As such, it is no wonder that many of its graduates work successfully in business or have taken on high positions in renowned companies. Academics also take part in active research and development. As such, the Mechanical Engineering Faculty is the main partner for the new Science and Technology Park in Roztoky.     VZDLVAC PROGRAM / TRAINING PROGRAMME

    Spolenost Trigema Building a.s. spn zavrila druh dvoulet vzdlvac program financovan z dotace Evropskho socilnho fondu z Operanho programu Praha Adaptabilita v hodnot tm 1 800 000 K. Program byl zamen na rozvoj skupin znevhodnnch na trhu prce. Dky dotaci bylo v klov aktivit . 1: Rozvoj zamstnanc ohroench na trhu prce celkem prokoleno 67 zamstnanc. Vce ne polovina zastnnch zamstnanc byla zaazena do 2 a vce kurz. V oblasti obecnch pracovnch dovednost bylo prokoleno 57 zamstnanc (Organizace prce Time management a/nebo Tmov spoluprce a efektivn komunikace). 28 zamstnanc bylo dle prokoleno na nkter ze specifickch pracovnch dovednost (Obchodn dovednosti, Vyjednvn, Komunikace s obtnm klientem i Veden lid na stavb). Druhou klovou aktivitou byl Rozvojov program pro rodie na matesk nebo rodiovsk dovolen. Program zahrnoval kolen soft skills a kolen PC dovednost. Celho programu se zastnilo 10 maminek na matesk i rodinn dpvolen. Ze zptnch vazeb, kter astnci vyplovali na kadm kolen, vyplv velk spokojenost s prbhem ko-len, stejn jako ocenn pnosu pro zlepen pracovnch postup.

    Trigema Building a.s. has successfully completed its two-year training programme financed from a European Social Fund grant in the Prague Adaptability programme with a value of almost 1 800 000 CZK. The programme was focused on developing a group disadvantaged on the jobs market. Thanks to the grant, in key activity 1: Development of Em-ployees Threatened on the Jobs Market, a total of 67 employees were trained. More than half of employees taking part were entered for 2 or more courses. 57 employees were trained in General Working Skills (Organising Work Time Man-agement and/or Teamwork and Effective Communication). 28 employees were trained in certain specific working skills (Business Skills, Negotiation, Communication with Difficult Clients or Managing People at a Building Site). The second key activity was a Development Programme for Parents on Maternity or Parental Leave. This programme involved soft skills and PC skills training. 10 mums on ML/PL took part in the programme. From feedback received from participants at each training session, participants were very satisfied with the course of the training, and appreciated the opportunity for improving their work.
