Conveyors of DPT Series

Highly efficient belt conveyors with the output up to 4 x 400 kW.*1

The conveyors are equipped with drums with ceramic coating or with rubbered drums. The motors of the conveyors can be air-cooled or water-cooled. The gear-boxes are water-cooled, by request it is possible to deliver the air-cooled version, however only up to the output 250 kW (Type K2SH450). As standard, the conveyors are equipped with the electro-hydraulic stretching device, however it is possible to deliver the pneumatic device as well. By customer´s request we also deliver a belt holding bin specified for the respective conveyor. These conveyors are above all determined for steady mucking both by the recommended line type and by the built-up dimensions. After the mucking-off the introduction surface we recommend to use longer line elements and the belt holding bin for 100 m of the belt-covering. As standard, the conveyors are equipped with a back-stop device. The conveyors can be operated in slants up to +15° and –12°, however they must be equipped for the respective slant. The transport speed of delivered conveyors is 2,5 - 4 m/s.

The conveyors are equipped with sensors measuring the temperature of the driving drums, reverse drum and discharging head. On the customer´s request it is also possible to mount sensors monitoring the reverse station revolutions, drums load, temperature of the motors and gear-boxes, belts swing etc.

Conveyors of DP Series

Medium efficient belt conveyors with the maximum output 3 x 90 kW.

The conveyors are above all adapted for routes with temporal mucking (within 1-2 years) namely for their simple mounting and dismounting and for the small built-up dimensions of the driving stations. The driving stations drums are from the diameter 400mm (c) through 630mm (s) up to the diameter 800mm (v). They are either all-metal or they can be rubbered, or on the customer´s request their surface can be with ceramic coating ensuring better friction coefficient between the drum and and the belt covering. The conveyor stretching is made according to its length either mechanically or through the use of the mechanical stretching device or it can be used stretching with counter-weight, electro-hydraulic stretching or air stretching. The conveyors can be equipped with the belt holding bin. The conveyors can be operated in slants up to ±15°, they are as standard equipped with electro-magnetic or electro-hydraulic brakes. One brake is delivered as standard. The conveyor transport speed is 1,6 – 3,15 m/s according to the concrete request and utilization. The gear-boxes are air-cooled and two-speed, the motors are also air-cooled. The conveyors are equipped with sensors measuring the temperature of the driving station drums. On the customer´s request it is also possible to mount sensors monitoring the temperature of the the reverse and discharging drum, reverse station revolutions, drums load, temperature of the motors and gear-boxes, belts swing etc. The conveyors can be operated through the use of push-buttons for run-up and stop, however we offer standardly the automation control systems for the belt conveyors, namely electrical or air systems (kindly see below).

Stretching Device with Counter-Weight – Type NZZ

The device is destined for stretching the conveyors of DP series.

This is a stretching device where the stretching force is generated directly (or through pulleys) by the force of the ballast weight.

The device is very simple and it does not need any energy supply, nor control. The design of the stretching device is adapted for utilization in underground gassy mines.

Stretching Device – Type NZEH

This electro-hydraulic stretching device is designed as a device serving for the automatic belt covering stretching in adjustable mode for the conveyor run-up, braking and working run. The fact that the tension in the belt covering is constant for all these modes and is adjustable for optimal temperature ensures that the belt covering is protected against non-standard forms of operation (permanent slipping on the driving drums, covering layers excessive abrasion and heating or e.g. dynamic pulses by run-up) which destroy the belt framework and connections and shorten its working life. The stretching device design is suitable for use in the mining conditions for various width and output of the belt conveyors.

The stretching device is destined for the conveyors both of DP series and of DPT series.

The belt holding bin ZPPN-1 (2,3) – L x b is designed as a device serving for cumulation of the belt covering of the given length and at the same time it performs the function of automatic belt covering stretching in adjustable mode for the conveyor run-up, braking and working run. Light Line – Type DP-TL

Utilization:

These lines are used for conveyors of the width 650, 800 and 1000 mm, they are not recommended for conveyors of larger belt covering width and for heavy conditions. Because of their design they are especially suitable for places where ot is necessary to dismount often the conveyors and to move them, i.e. for gravel-pits, sand-pits and abive all for underground mines where they are mostly utilized. The main advantage is low weight and simple assembly without bolts and nuts.

Drag Conveyors

BASIC TYPES

We offer the following types of drag conveyors:

Wall (face) conveyors:

These conveyors are determined for work in forefields of underground mines. The lengths of the conveyors are from 60m to 300m with max. installed output 4x 400kW. The heights of E-profiles for these conveyors are 225, 260, 285 mm. The width is from 600 to 1000 mm. The used combine cave-in travel guidance is “eicotrack”. For individual types of mobile supports and combines, the conveyors can be used in the basic version or they can be modified. The conveyors are equipped with planetary gear-boxes and two-speed water-cooled motors. We recommend to use for the conveyors one of the manufactured anchoring. Conveyor Types: DSS 260 st, DSS 227 st.

Gathering (under-face) conveyors:

These conveyors are determined for coal-mining in the introductory gallery of the underground mine forefield (i.e. in the following one in the flow of material after the wall conveyor). Maximum output: 2x 250kW. The heights of E-profiles are 200, 225, 260. The width is from 600 to 1100 mm. The length is up to 150 m. The conveyors shall be equipped with planetary gear-boxes. Conveyor Types: DSS 260, DSS 227, DSS 200. The conveyors can be equipped with a shifting unit and a coal crusher can be installed in the route of the conveyor.

Auxiliary conveyors:

These conveyors are determined for work in forefields and for mucking from bines and loaders. They can also be used for auxiliary work. The conveyors are used for the output up to 2x 100kW. The heights of E-profiles: 155, 200. The width is from 400 to 600 mm. The length of the conveyor is up to 150 m. The conveyors can be suspended in a suspension slot or equipped with a shifting unit. Conveyor Types: DSS 155/500, DSS 155/400, DSS 200.

DRAG WALL CONVEYOR - TYPE DSS 260

The drag wall conveyor DSS 260 is determined for mining of medium-high coal-seams. The conveyor has the maximum output 1400 tons/hour by the maximal output of 4 x 250 kW. The slide shoe and E-profile are made of special material so that the working life of the conveyor could reach 2 million tons of transported coal. The conveyor has got a closed lower branch and every fifth conveying trough is inspection one.

The conveyor is equipped with the cave-in travel guidance “eicotrack”.

DRAG GATHERING CONVEYOR – TYPE DSS 260 SB

Drag conveyor DSS 260 Sb is determined as a gathering conveyor after high-capacity wall Conveyors. The conveyor output can be up to 2 x 250 kW. The recommended maximum length is 200 m. The conveyor can be located directly on the foot-wall or it can be partly suspended in the suspension slot by the suspension unit type ZDSS260. In the conveyor route it is possible to add a coal-crusher. The suspended conveyor including the coal-crusher can be moved by hydraulic equipment SAK 1 (with chains) or by chain-less equipment SAB1, eventually by a hoisting winch or by a special hydraulic shifting equipment installed on the body of the conveyor route.

At customer´s request it is also possible to deliver a configuration with a belt conveyor.

DRAG CONVEYOR - TYPE DSS 227 ST

The drag wall conveyor DSS 227 St is determined for mining of coal-seams of medium-heavy and heavy conditions. The conveyor has the maximum output 1050 tons/hour by the output up to 3 x 315 kW. The slide shoe and E-profile are made of special material so that the working life of the conveyor could reach 3 million tons of transported coal. The conveyor has got a closed lower branch and every fifth conveying trough is inspection one.

DRAG GATHERING CONVEYOR – TYPE DSS 227 Sb

Drag conveyor DSS 227 Sb is determined as a gathering conveyor after medium-capacity wall conveyors. The conveyor output can be up to 2 x 160 kW. The recommended maximum length is 150 m. The conveyor can be located directly on the foot-wall or it can be partly suspended in the suspension slot by the suspension unit type ZDSS227. In the conveyor route it is possible to add a coal-crusher. The suspended conveyor including the coal-crusher can be moved by hydraulic equipment SAK 1 (with chains) or by chain-less equipment SAB 1, eventually by a hoisting winch or by a special hydraulic shifting equipment installed on the body of the conveyor route. At customer´s request it is also possible to deliver a configuration with a belt conveyor.

AUXILIARY DRAG CONVEYORS

The conveyors are dedicated for mucking after dinting-machines, wide-profile machines, loading machines, cutting combines etc. The conveyors have got a light construction and therefore the have got a low troughs weight. The slide shoe thickness is between 10 mm and 20 mm with reference to the conveyor type and its profile. The slide shoe is made of the material HARDOX. E-profile is either a casting or a rolled sectional bar. The conveyors can be located directly on the foot-wall or they can be partly suspended in the suspension slot.

Shifting Device SAK

The shifting device is determined for moving of the under-wall equipment suspended in the technological slot ZD, together with the coal crusher and discharge station of the wall conveyor.

The device consists of a basic frame, two hydraulic rolls pawl, a hydraulic control device, a shifting chain and anchoring nests for hydraulic props. For anchoring it is possible to use standard hydraulic props of relevant length (they are not a part of a delivery). These props can be delivered by the customer´s request.

Work description:

The equipment is anchored through the use of hydraulic props. Subsequently the equipment is moved by hydraulic rolls. The reverse run is blocked with a pawl.
