SLABFLEX �s produced accord�ng to the max�mum work�ng he�ght of 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0 - 4.5 - 5.0 - 5.5 m as standard. It �s easy to �nstall and transport. It can be adjusted to work at d�fferent he�ghts. W�th the help of a tr�pod, the props stand upr�ght. The holes �n the �nner un�t are dr�lled by spec�al dr�ll�ng robots w�thout deform�ng the p�pe. TS EN 1065 cert�fied SLABFLEX props outer p�pes (60*2,5 - 60*3,0 or 76*3,0 mm) and �nner p�pes (48*2,5 - 48*3,0 or 60*3,0 mm) are made from TSE mechan�cally tested �ndustr�al tubes. Robot�c cutt�ng, dr�ll�ng and weld�ng processes are appl�ed �n our product�on. The steel products are cleaned w�th sandblast�ng before oven pa�nt�ng because of the �ndustr�al chem�cal o�l. Upon request, our products can be hot d�p galvan�zed accord�ng to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.

Allowable bear�ng capac�ty tables are formed by apply�ng safetyfactors to the nom�nal character�st�c strengths (TS EN 1065) of the telescop�c props classes shown below.

SLABFLEX TELESKOPİK DİKME KURULUM AŞAMALARI
1. Adjust the locat�on of the tr�pods accord�ng to the shor�ng system plan.
2. Telescop�c props are mounted on the tr�pods.
3. H-20 head jacks are mounted on the telescop�c props.
4. Telescop�c props are adjusted accord�ng to the lengths spec�fied �n the project draw�ngs.
5. Load carry�ng beams are placed accord�ng to the�r lengths and lap lengths as show �n the shor�ng system plan.
6. Secondary beams are placed accord�ng to shor�ng system plan.
7. Load carry�ng ma�n beams are supported by telescop�c props �n accordance w�th the project draw�ngs.
8. Assembly �s fin�shed after plac�ng the plywood.
