Alivyokumbuka maisha ya shule na kuwalaani wanafunzi wafanyao madhambi shuleni,kama vile kulewa pombe,kuvuta sigara,kufanya uhuni na kutoroka shule usiku. Alikumbuka jinsi rafiki yake wa kiume wa shule ya wavulana ya Songea alivyomwacha mwanasesere kitandani akaenda zake kucheza dansi mjini Songea. Mwalimu wa zamu alipopitisha ukaguzi wa ghafla usiku wa manane mtoto wa bandia aligundulika na mhusika hakuwa na chake tena! Ai! Ai!. Aliweza kuyakumbuka pia maisha ya wanafunzi wakiwa likizo kwa wazazi wao. Wakiwa likizoni wazazi wao huthubutu kuwapa pombe wao kwa kile kinachodaiwa kuwaonesha pombe watoto wao, kwa kuwa kwa kufanya hicyo husaidia kudumisha badala ya kudumisha nidhamu shuleni. Aliwahitaji walimu kudumisha nidhamu shuleni kwa kupitisha ukaguzi wa mara kwa mara wakati wowote inapobidi kufanya hivyo. Aidha aliwashauri wakaguzi wa shule wa kanda kufuatilia kikamilifu vipengele vya nidhamu na kuwapa walimu ushauri ufaao pamoja na kupendekeza hatua zitakiwazo kuchukuliwa dhidi ya wanafunzi wenye utovu wa nidhamu. Aliwasisitiza walimu kuzingatia sharia za shule ipasavyo na kwa njia hii msingi ungetayarishwa kwa kumuumba binadamu mpya mwenye akili timamu na uwezo wa kufikiri kisayansi. Kwa maoni yake utovu wa nidhamu shuleni ndio uliomwachisha shule na kusababisha migomo katika shule za sekondari za Sengerema, Mazengo na Nsumba. Aliwataka wanafunzi kudumisha nidhamu ya hali ya juu. Akiwa kitandani, Tarek hakukosa kujigaragaza, kujipindua na kujigeuza geuza kama askari afanyaye mazoezi ya viungo. Baadae alikipiga kitanda kofi, akaenda jikoni kutayarisha chakula cha mchana. Mvua ilikua bado inanyesha kwa hasira zote.

1. Soma kifungu cha habari kifuatacho kisha jibu maswali kwa kuandika herufi ya jibu sahihi

katika karatasi ya kujibia.

Bumbuazi ili mpata mithili ya siafu wapole,kila alipowaza juu ya ushairi wa baba yake

mpenzi. Ili kujipa moyo katka kulikabili tatizo kishupavu, alitabasamu,vitoto vya mashavuni

vikapiga bastola kupunguza hasira iliyokuwa imejizatiti imemnyemelea.

Alivyokumbuka maisha ya shule na kuwalaani wanafunzi wafanyao madhambi

shuleni,kama vile kulewa pombe,kuvuta sigara,kufanya uhuni na kutoroka shule usiku.

Alikumbuka jinsi rafiki yake wa kiume wa shule ya wavulana ya Songea alivyomwacha

mwanasesere kitandani akaenda zake kucheza dansi mjini Songea. Mwalimu wa zamu

alipopitisha ukaguzi wa ghafla usiku wa manane mtoto wa bandia aligundulika na mhusika

hakuwa na chake tena! Ai! Ai!.

Aliweza kuyakumbuka pia maisha ya wanafunzi wakiwa likizo kwa wazazi wao.

Wakiwa likizoni wazazi wao huthubutu kuwapa pombe wao kwa kile kinachodaiwa

kuwaonesha pombe watoto wao, kwa kuwa kwa kufanya hicyo husaidia kudumisha badala

ya kudumisha nidhamu shuleni.

Aliwahitaji walimu kudumisha nidhamu shuleni kwa kupitisha ukaguzi wa mara kwa

mara wakati wowote inapobidi kufanya hivyo. Aidha aliwashauri wakaguzi wa shule wa

kanda kufuatilia kikamilifu vipengele vya nidhamu na kuwapa walimu ushauri ufaao pamoja

na kupendekeza hatua zitakiwazo kuchukuliwa dhidi ya wanafunzi wenye utovu wa

nidhamu. Aliwasisitiza walimu kuzingatia sharia za shule ipasavyo na kwa njia hii msingi

ungetayarishwa kwa kumuumba binadamu mpya mwenye akili timamu na uwezo wa kufikiri

kisayansi.

Kwa maoni yake utovu wa nidhamu shuleni ndio uliomwachisha shule na

kusababisha migomo katika shule za sekondari za Sengerema, Mazengo na Nsumba.

Aliwataka wanafunzi kudumisha nidhamu ya hali ya juu.

Akiwa kitandani, Tarek hakukosa kujigaragaza, kujipindua na kujigeuza geuza kama

askari afanyaye mazoezi ya viungo. Baadae alikipiga kitanda kofi, akaenda jikoni kutayarisha

chakula cha mchana. Mvua ilikua bado inanyesha kwa hasira zote.
