सा का.िन. 261(अ).—भारतीय वन सेवा (संवग) िनयमावली, 1966 के िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (1) और (2) के साथ प ठत अिखल भारतीय सेवा अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क धारा 3 क उप धारा (1) ारा द त शि य का योग करते ए के सरकार, एजीएमयटूी सरकार के परामश से भारतीय वन सेवा (संवग पद सं या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1966 म आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एत ारा िन निलिखत िविनयम बनाती ह,ै नामत:—

(1) (i) इन िविनयम को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवग पद सं या का िनयतन) चतुथ संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िविनयम शासक य राजप म इनके काशन क तारीख को वृ ह गे।

2. भारतीय वन सेवा (संवग पद सं या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1966 म, अनुसूची म "एजीएमयटूी" शीषक और उससे संबंिधत िवि य के िलए िन निलिखत ित थािपत कया जाएगा, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th March, 2017

G.S.R. 261(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of AGMUT hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2017.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading "AGMUT" and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

सा का.िन. 262(अ).—अिखल भारतीय सेवा अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क धारा 3 क उप धारा (1) ारा द त शि य का योग करते ए, के सरकार एजीएमयूटी सरकार के परामश से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 म आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एत ारा िन निलिखत िनयम बनाती ह,ै नामत:—

1. (i) इन िनयम को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) चतुथ संशोधन िनयमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िनयम शास क य राजप म इनके काशन क तारीख को वृ त ह गे।

G.S.R. 262(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of AGMUT hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:—

1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2017.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
