The Registrar will post the award of the degree to the transcript approximately eight weeks from the degree conferral date. An email will be sent to the UCR email address approximately five months from the degree conferral date indicating the diploma is available for pick up. Students who wish to have the diploma mailed via certified mail must contact the Registrar’s Office. Students will continue to have access to Growl and may remain in contact with UCR through Growl.
