• Connotation– Devious, cold-hearted and

untrustworthy (probably a result of the serpent in the Garden of Edan)

• Denotation– Strength – Flag – Colourful

• Connotation– Hero shot – Symbolic

• Denotation– Its shoots – It’s a weapon

• Connotation• Only death comes out of it • Have to have a licence to

use one

Denotation:• Happy family witch makes you think

its going to be happy and funny.• Large title at the bottom in bright

colors draws you in and makes you want to watch it.

• small tagline there tag line is comedic as it say “if anyone asks” witch you will understand it once watched the film.

• Dominant central image shows the main characters.

• Dark colour around the edges on the image and brighter where there is people witch draws your eyes into the center.

Connotation: • Comedy with the righting on the

arrows.• The colour scheme reflects the genre

bright and vibrant to make you feel good and happy.

• The video starts off by been all nice and inviting, but the voice over is telling you about a tragedy that happened a year before.

• Told a story about the place and what has happened in the past.

• Tense music to add the effect and the sense of horror.

Scary Mary

• The change of the music made it a completely different feel of the film by only showing the creepy bits in it.

• They used the clips of them tiding up and made it seem like Mary is locking them away and making it all creepy.

• Made it seem like she is crazy with the use of her powers.
