Dear candidate,

A lot of people think international relations is like a game of chess. But it's not a game of chess, where people sit quietly, thinking out their strategy, taking their time between moves. It's more like a game of billiards, with a bunch of balls clustered ‘together’ and is connected to the direction that is provided to it by the cue stick.

This is just one example of how IR has to shape and evolve, in the future. In this experience, you will develop a global perspective and an understanding, knowledge of today’s world.

This process has been designed to help you step out of the crowd and feel completely comfortable with your application making sure that it reflects you; it reflects your personality and your perspectives.

The aim of this questionnaire is to give us the opportunity to get to know you as a person and as an ‘AIESECer’. Your thoughts, aims and strategies are very important for us in order to make the right choice. Working within an international team striving for common goals for MoC is a very rewarding and learning experience.

✤You can use all your creativity when creating and designing your own application form for AIESEC MoC IR NST 2015-2016.

✤You will find additional information to prepare you for the application and selection process. Deadlines have been clearly highlighted, and I am available should you need further information.

✤ Please find the link to the application HERE

✤ Deadline : 16th June, 11:59 PM.

Requirements

✤ Required term: At least 7 months( 1st August 2015~ 28th Feb. 2016)

✤ Basic Commitment: Around 10~15 work per week

✤ Having regular virtual communication with MC/Group Leader/NST Chair and monthly virtual NST meeting.

✤ Weekly newsletter writing to national plenary (For Chairs).

✤ Attending related conference with MC support :

LC Development Group and NST Chair meeting: Mid July~End July (Required) ;

International Conference (Depending on the JD)

✤ Monthly reporting to group leader and NST chair (chair to MC)

✤ Attending regional events: Globe RIC (as Session Faci), XPS, regional EwA, etc

Qualifications Required

✴Believe the value of AIESEC to Chinese society

✴Responsible for the tasks

✴Passionate about International Relations

✴Knowledge & Working experience in an exchange function is required

✴International Experience is preferred

✴Basic software using skills are required (Email writing, PPT, Excel, Podio, Animoto, Skype, Google doc,

Onedrive, Doodle, Newsletters, etc.)

✴Good communication skills are required

•Analyse the TN/EP market/issue based projects/sub-products and situation of the entities and the LCs

•Striking New IR Partnerships •Partnership scale down on the LC level of IR partnerships. •Have bi-monthly meetings with IR partners •Communicate LCs about IR partners and deliver the same . •Responsible for managing key TN partnerships in their regions,

including national partnership delivery

- Weekly NST Chair Meeting with the MC and Team weekly meeting with Chairs

- Weekly Report released to LCP & iGCDP, oGCDP, iGIP VP Group

- Clear motivation required; Goal-oriented & self-driven person preferred, IR background required.

For group members
