1. RECTANGULAR DUCT

Designed with slip-fit connections, either welded or button punched and is fabricated to suit by specialized metal shops. For ease of handling, it most often comes in 4' sections (or joints). Ducts are available in low or medium pressure versions depending on customer requirements.

Designed using a continuous spiral forming machine which can make round duct in nearly any diameter when using the right forming die and to any length to suite.

1. GALVANIZED IRON Galvanized mild steel is the standard and most common material used in fabricating ductwork because the zinc coating of this metal prevents rusting and avoids cost of painting.

FIRE RATED Fire-rated products have a wide range of solutions for proprietary “off the shelf” fire rated ductwork, the protection of steel ductwork and for self-supporting systems as well as particularly onerous conditions e.g. where high impact strength is required or for use in aggressive environments.

6. PRE-INSULATED Pre-Insulated is comprised of polyurethane foam pre-insulated panel designed completely CFC and HCFC free and highly thermal resistance. This material is suitable for different types of bended ducts.

NRD prevent the reverse airflow and protect against the ingress of un-tempered air, rain and birds into the HVAC system.

6. SOUND ATTENUATOR Our factory offers the design and engineering assistance to integrate our line of duct silencers, sound attenuators into a system solution. With SA or SAL type baffles used for sound attenuation of fan / AHU noises propagated through air exhaust and air supply ductwork. Highly effective at medium and high frequencies. It is designed as solid rounded noses shaped for minimum pressure drop. Absorptive acoustic baffles in a duct-like casing, proportioned for optimum performance.
