Production Shaping technology High pressure casting On this equipment we produce not-rounded shapes, baking dishes, oval plates. Using machines from: DORST
Production Shaping technology Casting Traditional production for pots, gravy boats, soup bowls.
Production. First firing The temperature is 950C and the target is to get the products complete dry before glazing. Using the kiln from Germany producer. RIEDHAMMER
Production Glazing On fully automatic machine using the special glaze which is produced from the top quality products. Glazing machine is received from German company SAMA.
Production Second (the final) firing. The temperature for the second firing is 1400C. New fast fire kiln is received from company GRÜN. This invesment was in the amount of 1,5 mil EUR´s.

Doplnit foto Production Foot polishing In 2011 we have finished another investment in the amount of 300,000 EUR to increase the quality of the foot polishing.
Production Decoration All decorated products are fired at the temperature of 1250C. This temperature makes the decoration inglazed, therefore, dish washer resistent.
