The Art Style The game graphics are cartoon realistic. Good games with similar graphics are halo 4, Bioshock and Diablo 3. The game will have cartoon realistic graphics because the dark fantasy setting will blend in well since fantasy is not real and does not need to be fully realistic to have an amazing dark fantasy experience. The dark graphics will make the player want to explore more while having the feeling that there is some thing evil and amazing waiting for you around the corner.

The game has dark color pallet to give the world in this game a dark and gothic art style so that this dark fantasy world comes to live and feels like your there. The art style in this game was inspired by Diablo 3 and the Lord of the rings settings and their art style. Example of the graphics

The target audience The target audience will be people who have time to play a game like that because will require the player to farm for loot to beat the higher difficulties.This game is for people who like first person RPG games since this game is in first person and has a lot of RPG elements in it. this game is for people who like to play with other people who have the game so that they get the best coop experience.The game will also be playable solo.People who like adventure games because this game will have a lot adventuring in it and gives the player the open world to explore. The game is for people who like fantasy games because this is a fantasy and it has a lot of things that people normally see like magic, elf’s and more. The game is 18+ ages because it has strong violence that is inappropriate for younger kids because they might get a fended by the bloody graphics and dark world that includes monsters that young children might get scared of.

the target platforms The target platforms are PC, play station and Xbox because those platform have the biggest online populating and players in general. This would be good for sale numbers because a lot of people enjoy the first person RPG genre since the sales of Skyrim and borderlands are very high.

RULES/REWARDSThe game will have four character classes and each of them will have their own character tree with their own abilities that will make them unique from each other. The four character classes are going to be an assassin, dragon born, mage and paladin and each of them will specialise in their own things like the assassin will specialise in bows and daggers and the dragon born will specialise in two handed weapons like long swords and cross bows. The mage will specialise in staffs and magic and the paladin will specialise in one handed weapons and shields.

Each character tree will give them a choice between three different routes like the mage will have a choice of healing or have more power full magic attacks or can chose to do more damage with other weapon and more energy. The dragon born can chose to be more powerful in attacks or chose a different route and have more powerful fire attacks and bigger fire resistance from enemy attacks or can be upgrade his defence and take more damage. The assassin can have more accuracy with the bow or can be more powerful in combat and better critical damage. The paladin can have more damage or go for more defensive way or can be more of a healer and help other character.

Each character will follow the same story but each character will have a different beginning and different ending. The way the game is going to work is that the player will pick one of the characters and will play through the story and can go do side mission like go and kill a certain boss and after completing the main story unlock a secrete boss that that will need to be defeated with more than one player that are max level to kill it because the boss is very difficult to kill.When doing all of them things the player can collect weapon s for the character to make him more powerful and collect the legendary weapons to have over powered gear and defeat the enemies quicker.

The story

The story begins when a powerful dark wizard and his armies of evil took control over the world. Elves, humans and all other races united in the fight to defeat the evil forces of Galdur. Some of the Elves deserted and joined Galdur in exchange for eternal life. Some of the Orks turned savage and joined forces of evil and some remained neutral and dwelled to the remaining peace. The war lasted for over twelve years until a brave hero emerged from distant land to save the people of Azarath. The hero united what strength the people of Azarath had left and once for all defeated the evil armies of Galdur. The hero used his holy blade and slashed the wizard causing his dark crown to fall making him lose all his dark power. As the crown fell he disappeared into fin air. Elves with the help of the hero sealed the crown away far underground where no one would find it. At least that’s what they thought .Peace lasted for over two thousand years by that time the elves already moved far away from their homeland in search of a peaceful life. People have already forgotten the fear and terror that Galdur have brought upon the land ages ago and now once again the forces of evil are going to strike. A dwarf mine extended far below the ground until one day they found a crypt filled with monsters which they have slayed in search of riches, but they didn’t know what kind of evil they will release upon this world.

Goals in the game

Every time the player completes a mission or kills an enemy that is about the same level as him or higher will gain experience and when the character levels up he will get a skill point to spend on the character skill tree. Each character can use weapons that are the same level as the they are.There are different rarities for weapons and items and they determine how powerful the weapon is so for example if the colour is orange that means the weapon is ultra rare and it is very powerful. The player will go through the story missions to unlock the second play through but can do all of the other side missions that are available to the player at that time. After the story missions the player will unlock a harder difficult play through that the player can play and this will affect the players in certain ways like the character level and all of the loot that he collects through the last play through will be kept but all of the enemies levels will go up to the players level and will always stay above 2 levels then the player un till the player completes the story again and unlock the last difficulty that will make all of the enemies 4 more levels then the character. all of the enemies in the previous areas are going to be smaller levels than the players character but the player will gain a lot less experience.

The player can level each of the four characters up to level 60 and there may be a increased level cap

in the future.

Character ClassesDragon Born The dragon born is a warrior that that has the dragons blood going through him giving him fire resistance and making him more powerful in physical strength. The dragon born is human like dragon but lacks in the ability of flight and breath fire out of his mouth.

The dragon born skill tree is about making him more powerful with close combat and duel combat. The dragon born can also get more powerful with fire element damage and increase his fire resistance. He can also have better light amour. The dragon born can dash forward into the enemies in his sight to get in to combat faster.

Specializations • Duel combat • Fire resistance• Fire damage • Light amour

The dragon born animations • walk, run, sprinting • Left hand attack, right hand,

both hands, special spin attack. Slashing, shooting the bow and crossbow, reloading.

PaladinThe paladin is a powerful knight that was born and trained by the best in the land to fight and kill all evil. The paladin wears heavy amour to take a lot of damage and disguises his face with a mask and a hood over it so no one knows his identity.

Specializations• Heavy amour • Hammers & maces • High amount of health • Defense magic

The paladins skill tree lets the character to get better with hammers and maces. The characters health can be greater than the other three characters. The paladin helps the other characters by giving them defense boosts and put out magical shields for other player to hide behind.

smash attack. Slashing, shooting lightning• ,jump, healing, putting out magical shields, magic

attacks(lightning bolts). • Death

Assassin The assassin is a stealthy character that sneaks around and takes out enemies from the back. The assassin is an ork that was trained to kill without any body noticing and taking enemies out with maximum accuracy using a bow or cross bow. The assassin was given the power to turn into a shadow for some time to hide from enemies if needed.

Specializations • high accuracy• Daggers and all ranged weapons • Very light amour • Stealth

The assassins skill tree lets the assassin get better with ranged weapons and daggers for more damage when needed in specific encounters. The assassin can increase the time he can be a shadow and hide. The assassins very light amour can be better and his speed.

Slashing, shooting the bow and crossbow, reloading.

MageThe mage is a powerful female elf that uses magic to defeat her enemies and defend her team. She was training magic for most of her life especially lightning powers. She is ready to protect the world and defeated the evil that’s coming.

Specializations • Lightning damage and lightning

resistance • wands and staffs • Healing Magic • enchantments

The mage skill tree lets her magic more powerful and the lightning magic even more powerful. The skill tree also lets the staffs and wands to be more affective and her healing skills also can be up graded. She can fire a beam of lightning at her enemies to do a huge amount of damage. Main enemies and bosses

Savage orks

Savage orks are not normal orks. Instead of trying to get on with the other peaceful race they live in the wiled in tribes and they kill every thing that is not on their side. They are fast and very powerful in close combat , players will need to watch out for them and try to kill them before they get in to close combat with you. They use most of the one handed combat weapons and close combat shields.

There are different types of savage orks.Combat ork, bow ork, kamikaze ork, ork tribe boss and shaman .

There is also one end game ork boss that the player can defeat when he is level 50 or over because them type of bosses are very powerful and have a lot oh health but it is better to kill them when there are more player on the team.

Demons The demons are horrifying creatures that are controlled by the dark wizard and their purpose is to destroy every thing in their way. Demons have different forms that they come in as and they all do different things for example there are fire demons that will use fire to deal damage and there are big beefy demons that take a lot of damage and charge at the player.

There are many different forms of demons and they all do different things.• Fire demon• Pelage demons • Chargers • Close combat demons • Flying demons • Long range demons • And more There is also a demon end boss just like the savage ork one but it’s a demon.

Dark ElvesThese elves minds have been corrupted with the dark magic that they have been using for ages. Their mind now think of evil and that they are the most powerful race in the world because they have access to the most powerful magic.They wear black and purple amour and robes to present their darkness. Their amour is heavy and they use sword, spears and magical staffs to kill their enemies.

There are different dark elves that do different things. • dark elf warrior• Dark elf mage • Dark elf Executioner• dark elf paladins• Dark elf captain.

There is a end game boss like the savage ork one and the demon one that the player and hi team can kill when level 50 or over.

Every weapon in the game is sorted in to different rarity category.More rare weapon means that the weapon is more powerful. Each weapon will also be different strengths depending on the characters level. The weapons have a chance to be enchanted and all legendary weapons will always be enchanted. Quest items have their own color rarity to stand out from others and inform the player that he need to pick this up.

There are many weapons in the game. Bow, two hand crossbow, one hand crossbow, great sword, long sword, sward, short sword, dagger, staff, spears sickles, hammers and maces. Each weapon that the player find and picks up will have a rarity on it, white, green, blue, purple, yellow, orange and the player will know it because the weapon on the floor will have a light coming from it in the colour that the rarity is. Also every weapon will look different than the other weapons with different stats and looks of the weapons except for the mission reward weapons because they are going to be the same every time the player completes that mission and each mission will give a different reward for completing it.

Game environments

The level design is big open areas and some small areas and the player will get to them areas by going through a door that will have a loading screen then will take the player to the next area. There is variety in area like forests, jungle, mountains, snowy areas, lava areas, area with big mushrooms and deserts. All of the areas will have fantasy style so that it feels like a fantasy game like in the desert there will be skeleton of monster buried in the sand and the jungle will have ancient statues and beautiful rivers and water falls and colourful mushrooms with a lot of plant life. Each area will have unique enemies depending on the area for example if it was mountains the place would have cave trolls, spiders, skeletons and goblins. Each mission that the player is doing it will have an icon on the mini map that is on the HUD to point to the player where he needs to go in order to complete the mission but the player can walk around the area freely to fight enemies and farm for loot. The alpha path walkthrough is the player follows the icon on the map and then completing that mission objective just defeating the enemies if there is any then do the mission objective like pick something up or activate something or talk to a character in the game without walking around and opening things or going in rooms that do not lead to the mission objective.

Level Design

In the outer ring of the forest you will find non aggressive enemies which only attack if you engage first. This is a good area for low level players to start levelling up because the monsters aren’t too strong. In there the enemies are 2 levels above you and the loot drop rate is set at x1.

In the inner ring of the forest you will find aggressive enemies who are much stronger than the ones in outer ring and will attack you as soon as you enter their vision range. In there the enemies are 4 levels above you and the loot drop rate is set at x1.5.

In the middle of the forest you will find a massive tree where the area boss is located. All enemies are aggressive which means that they will attack on sight. In there the enemies are 6 levels above you and the loot drop rate is set at x2.
