SPLA - podmínkySoftware Services means services that Company provides to Customers that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Licensed Products, including via Service Devices. Company must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephony network or a private network, or by providing Service Devices, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Company receives a fee. Except in the case of Service Devices, Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Licensed Product directly on any device to permit a Customer to interact with the Licensed Product.
Service Device means a personal computer (desktop or laptop) or server containing Licensed Products that are fully owned or leased by Company and is rented/leased to a Customer, whether or not Company receives payment for such rental/lease.
