Pojmy 1
• Kvalita• ISO 9000: "Degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills
requirements."
• American Society for Quality: "A subjective term for which each person has his or her own definition. In technical usage, quality can have two meanings: a. The characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs; b. A product or service free of deficiencies.„
• Peter Drucker: "Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for."
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 3
Pojmy 2
• Výkon (perfomance):• Množina výstupů procesu
• Sada kvantitativních a kvalitativních znaků výstupu daného procesu.
• Míra s jakou je proces schopný uspokojovat potřeby zákazníků.
• Co z toho plyne?
• Výkon a výkonnost je má vždy relativní význam!
• Jaký je rozdíl mezi účinností a účelností?
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 4
Pojmy 3
• Workflow• Množina sekvenčních kroků znázorňující nějakou aktivitu,
resp. Obecně kroky lidské práce.
• Workflow je model reprezentující práci a slouží pro její následné posouzení
• Rozdíl oproti procesům?• „A process is a more specific notion than workflow…….. a
process may be distinguished from a workflow by the fact that it has well-defined inputs, outputs and purposes, while the notion of workflow may apply more generally to any systematic pattern of activity…..“
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 5
Pojmy 4
• Zralost:• Pohlavní: .. the stage when an organism can reproduce,
though it is distinct from adulthood
• Technologie: … a term indicating that a technology has been in use and development for long enough that most of its initial problems have been overcome
• Psychologie: ….. a term in developmental psychology to indicate that a person responds to the circumstances or environment in an appropriate manner
• CMMI: …. a software engineering term indicating to which extent it is planned how to do things when developing, testing, documenting, maintaining software etc.
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 6
Zralost podruhé
• Co to tedy je?
• Prvky:• Vyřešené dílčí problémy – bez poruchovost/stabilita
průběhu
• Reakce a vývoj dle očekávaných schémat
• Ustálenost
• Zkušenost (možný vztah na efektivitu)
•Zralost podnikového procesu?
•Zralejší proces by měl fungovat bez zárdhelů a efektivněji než proces nezralý
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 7
Zralostní modely
• Model, ale čeho?
• „A maturity model can be viewed as a set of structured levels that describe how well the behaviour, practices and processes of an organisation can reliably and sustainably produce required outcomes “
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 8
CMMILevel 1 - Initial(Chaotic)
It is characteristic of processes at this level that they are (typically) undocumented and in a state of dynamic change, tending to be driven in an ad hoc, uncontrolled and reactive manner by users or events. This provides a chaotic or unstable environment for the processes.
Level 2 -Repeatable
It is characteristic of processes at this level that some processes are repeatable, possibly with consistent results. Process discipline is unlikely to be rigorous, but where it exists it may help to ensure that existing processes are maintained during times of stress.
Level 3 -Defined
It is characteristic of processes at this level that there are sets of defined and documented standard processes established and subject to some degree of improvement over time. These standard processes are in place (i.e., they are the AS-IS processes) and used to establish consistency of process performance across the organization.
Level 4 -Managed
It is characteristic of processes at this level that, using process metrics, management can effectively control the AS-IS process (e.g., for software development ). In particular, management can identify ways to adjust and adapt the process to particular projects without measurable losses of quality or deviations from specifications. Process Capability is established from this level.
Level 5 -Optimizing
It is a characteristic of processes at this level that the focus is on continually improving process performance through both incremental and innovative technological changes/improvements.

Přínosy a nedostatky
• Vymezení podstatného
• Evaluace
• Benchmark
• Návod
• Obecné nedostatky modelů
• Jsou uváděné faktory opravdu ty, které hrají význam.
• Odlišnosti mezi typy procesů?
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 10
Modelování a zralost
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 11
PEMM• Procesní a celofiremní složka
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 12
Procesní složka
Design The comprehensiveness of the specification of how the process is to be executed.
Performers The people who execute the process, particularly in terms of their skills and knowledge
Owner A senior executive who has responsibility for the process and its results.
Infrastructure Information and management systems that support the process.
Metrics The measures the company uses to track the process’s performance.
Celofiremní složka
Leadership Senior executives who support the creation ofprocesses.
Culture The values of customer focus, teamwork, personalaccountability, and a willingness to change.
Expertise Skills in, and methodology for, process redesign.
Governance Mechanisms for managing complex projects andchange initiatives.
Minulý úkol
• Otázka A:
K čemu se BPM hodí a proč?
• Otázka B:
K čemu se BPM nehodí a proč?
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 13
COBIT 4.1
• Specifikace IT procesů v oblastech:
– Plan + Organize (10 p)
– Acquire + Implement (7 p)
– Delivery + Support (13 p)
– Monitor + Evaluate (4 p)
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 14
COBIT Maturity Model
• Generický zralostní model (str. 23)
• Konkrétní modely k dílčím procesům (str. 37)
• Hodnotící model zralosti v IT Assurance guide(str. 33)
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 15
Problémy
• Jak to reálně implementovat?
• Dosti komplexní
• Smysluplnost
• Rozpor modelu a potřeb praxe
• Pokrývají atributy všechny relevantní aspekty procesu?
• Není detailní specifikace na škodu?
Ing. Jaroslav Kalina 16
Úkol č. 4
• Článek: The fall of strategic planning (3 str.)
• Otázky:
– A, Co je business process reengineering (dle článku)?
– B, Co je vnímáno jako největší nedostastky„klasického“ strategického plánování?
