I have staretd the project with the urbanism idea of the south part of this huge area in Prague. I have designed this square shape blocks with semipublic zones and hidden roads. The basic design of residentail building is L shape to provide the semipublic zone closed from the side of old train station, where is supposed to be a boulevard. The building has 5 stories and underground garages. It provides small and not so expensive flats in typical stories, but also huge and spacious flats on the upper floor.
