Tell me and I foreget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn . - Benjamin Franklyn

FriendshipPratikshya Sharma 12'B'(Mgmt.)

Friends are the beautiful gifts that life leads us to happiness forever.A friend understands when you're hurt and knows that being there lessons the hurt. A friend brings you back to reality when you are needed to. A friend is happy when you are happy and cheers you up when you are sad. A friend makes you feel as if the whole world loves you. Friendship is the fragrance of a flower that envelops the heart and soul. A friend helps you to overcome your fears and raised your spirit. Friendship is beautiful melody the gentle notes of which beat in the heart forever. I know of angels that haven sends while call them friends. I don't need words to express I don't need tears to shed, I don't need to ask for a smile or hand to hold me. All I need is to be your friend forever!

MotherSishant Ale 12'A'(Mgmt.)

Mother is the star to my life She is the one always be my side

Mother gave me birth in this beautiful world How much pain she had but never told?

Mother gave me all her joys and took my sorrows Without fear what will be tomorrow.

Blue eyes say, "Love me or I die"; black eyes say, "Love me or I kill thee." - Spanish proverb

A Letter to My Best FriendSumina Chhetri 12'B'(Mgmt)

Dear Best Friend.Thank you for entering in my life. I strongly believe in having

a person and there is no better person to fit that description than you. For the last two years of my life, I have been through so many different stages like eating, falling out with friends, a new school, and through all of the good and bad times, you have been with me. I couldn't thank you enough for that. To me, it is so important for your friends to be proud of you when you get a new job, learn something new, or accomplish big things. But it's also really important for your friends to be proud of who you are.

I want you to know, I don't need a large group of friends when I have one that constantly reminds me all of the time that they are there for me in every way possible. I thought my whole life that I knew that the best friend was, but I was wrong. You've given those words a whole different meaning. Nobody could ever compare to you. I used to think a best friend was a sleep over reckless activities and spending every day together. I was wrong. A best friend is not seeing them all the time and still being so close, or getting so excited to see the other one when it might have only been a day that you've been apart, being able to all them at any time of day because you need them, feeling like you always have someone in your corner or just you, you are a best friend, Having you as my best has made every individual day better. And I hope to never lose that.

If for any reason, we ever fight about something and I mean really fight about something, I will always want to fix it. I hope you stay around for a long time because I want you in my

life forever. You have made my life so much better since you entered it and the memories that we have made together are one in a million. With that being said, I hope you know how much I appreciate you, how much I appreciate everything that you do for me. And I hope that you know I would do anything for you without even hesitating because you're my best friend.

Friends come and go, and relationships with people change over the years and that is okay. If there is ever a time that it seems like we're fading or something is changing, know that I hold the bond that we once had so close to my heart and I will always look back on the memories. While life takes us through our own path, I hope you know that regardless of where we end up, I will always be there for you maybe not physically, but emotionally, I will always be there for you.

Thank you for sticking by me getting to know my life, showing me the most sincere support and unconditional live. I couldn't thank you enough for the countless amount of times that you have stuck by me when I needed you. I have no Idea what I'd do without you sometimes or all of the time. And I am so happy that I don't ever have to find out. I Love You!

Facts About SmilingRahul Khanal, 9'C'

"The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself."Keep smiling because life is a beautiful thing and there is so much to smile about. We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do. One who smile rather than rages is always the stronger. Let your smile change the world but never let the world change your smile.

Knowledge is PowerBiraj Malla

Physical power is of lower order in comparison to mental power. In the primitive age, it was the physical strength, which was considered important. But with the growth of civilization and the development of human mind, mental power gained recognition as superior. Mental power comes of knowledge. All the discoveries and inventions of modern society are the infestations of power of knowledge. It is the power of knowledge, which has reduced the time, space and distance and made the world smaller. Power of knowledge has made our life easier and comfortable. No man is born great it is the ideas that make him great. Great as it is the power of knowledge the tendency to massive is greater. That power should be utilized in the larger benefit of society.

The life which is unexamed is not worth living . - Socrates

What would happen of there were No time?Nibesh Poudel 12'A' (Science)

We tend to think of our world in there dimensions. When we see something it is viewed with both height width and depth. But what if the item we were looking at only existed for a nanosecond. Would our brain even be able to perceive that it was there at all? Also if something existed and then was destroyed, would it still be there? Since there is no time there must also be no past, present or future. So what existed must still exist. Nothing could travel because speed and movement is related time. I think it would be either chaos or an existence we couldn't even conceptualize. What if time is only an illusion, if it doesn't actually exist? Yourgrau, a Brandeis professor of philosophy, explains that Einsteins general theory of relativity may allow for this possibility first realized by the great logician kurt Godel. Godel is best known for his incompleteness theorem, one of the most important theorem

in Mathematical logic since Euclid. In a typically brief paper written for a festschrift to honor his friend princetom neighbor Einstein, Goodel theorized the existence of what have come to be called godel universes rotating universes in which time travel is possible but if one can travel through time how can time as we known if it exist in these other universes since the past is always present? And if time doesn't exist in other universes then it may not exist in ours either. Yourgrau (The Disapperance of time) writes that Godel's paper was almost universally ignored, and he claims that since the logician's death, Philosopheres have gone out of their way to try to denigrate his work in fields other than logic this book will appeal to fans of douglas Hof stadter's. Godel, Escher, Bach and to Einstein Junkies, and makes a fascinating companion to Rebecca Goldstein's Incompleteness

What if I Die?Aska Gurung 12'B'

What if I die?It won't matter to the sky?Same will be the earth. The land of my birthI'll be helpless and birds so brave. They'll come and chirp on my gravePeople will say she hand brain. Some will say but in vain. The sun will rise the sun will setThere will be no change in the worldI betThere will be few hearts onlyWho after me will feel lonelyIf I could do something good and noblePeople would remember me asa pious honest and humble. But I have done nothing till the dateSo I always curse my fateAnd that’s why if I dieIt won't matter to the sky Same will be the earth the land of my birth

LifeNisha Thakuri 12'A'(Sci.)

Life is so strange Nothing stays the sameEverything changeBut when to blame?

Life is a game where you have to lose before you can gainTo win you have to face the fearful rain

the closet peopleyou need go awaywhen you need them the mostyou find them host.

Today you walk and talkTomorrow you lay in your graveAnd nothing it gave. The money that you savedand no use for your goldwhen it won't be sold. You have to be strong stop doing the wrongand never lieBe ready for your last good bye

Day after dayDay to by people born and other die

No one decide they all hesitate and who knows the fate.

Examine the opportunities, the challenges you have given yourself . - Michael Johnson

Child LabourPramudita Udas, 10 'C'

Children are conserved as the most important asset of their country however improper understanding of the parents and poverty making them the reason for the weakness of the country instead of being the power of the country. Most of the children under poverty line are forced to do the child labour daily even after the lots of awareness program run by the government and future welfare of society towards the welfare of the child.

Children are the new flower the powerful fragrance of any nation however some people are declining the power and destroying the future of the country just for earning small money by illegally involving the growing kids. They are playing with the moral of the innocent people and their kids. Protecting children from the child labour is the responsibility of each and every citizen living in the country. Child labour is the

socio-economic issue which is coming from long ago and now need to be solved on ultimate basis.

After the independence of the country, various laws and regulations has been implemented regarding the child labour however it did not found its end in the country. Child labour ruining the innocence of the kids by directly destroying their health physically, mentally, socially and intellectually. Children are the lovely creation of the nature but it is not fair that due to some bad circumstances they are forced to do hard labour before their appropriate age.

Child labour is the global issue which is more common in the underdeveloped countries. Poor parents or parents under poverty line are unable to afford the education expenses of their kids and they are unable to earn enough money for the family survival. So, they better choose to

involve their kids in hard work to fulfill their needs instead of sending them to school. They understand that schooling is a waste of time and earning money in early age is good for their family. It is the urgent need to aware the poor people as well as rich people (to not use asset of country in wrong way) about the bad effects

of the child labour. They must be availed with all the resources which they lack. It should be done by the end of everyone. Rich people should help the poor people so that their children too can get all the required things in child hood. It needs some effective rules and regulations by the government to implement.

Don't waste the time thinking about the peoples of past. They are the reason they didn't make it into your future You'll always get more hands to hold onto So forget about who wasn't there to help you So, like the ice-cream before it melts, Because life's the best flavor you'll ever get.

Save EnvironmentManasvi Adhikari 6'D'

Environment commonly refers to the surroundings in which all living and nonliving things reside and establish a sense of attraction with one another. These include air, water, soil human beings, animals etc. However being a part of the city, town or village, we observe that the environment around us was originally a natural land scape, for instance, a desert, a forest, or even a river that has been shoveled by humans for buildings, roads and catteries. But even the people belonging to the metropolitan cities get their food, fish, fuel wood and fodder supplied from rural areas, which ore eventually extracted from the natural landscapes. Hence, our dependence on natural resources had made it essential for us to take considerable

measures to prevent the destruction and depletion of our country.

Taking steps to conserve and reuse is one of the best things we can do to help save the environment, and it is easier than we might thank. Start small and do our part just by changing our daily habits. To help save the environment, try decreasing energy and water consumption, changing our eating and transportation habits to conserve natural resources and reducing reusing, and recycling to be more environmentally friendly. Once we have made out lifestyle more environmentally conscious, we can also engage in activities to help educate others on doing the same.

The Honest Wood CutterAashika Shrestha, 6'D'

Once there lived a poor woodcutter with his family. One day, he had gone to cut the wood and sell it in the market but one day, while he was cutting the woods of tree his axe suddenly fell into the nearby pond.

The woodcutter couldn't swim in the water. After some minutes a water god came there and asked, "What happenrd to you". He said, "my axe has fallen down in to the water. I don't know how to swim. I don't know what can I do?" After a while, the water God disappeared and brought a golden axe from the pond. That's not his axe, so he said that's not mine, Then again the water god disappeared and brought a silver axe and asked him he said again No, so, the water god again disappeared and brought the wood cutter's axe and he said,. "That axe is mine" and the water god was very happy because of his honesty. The water god gave all the axes to the woodcutter.

Few months later, the woodcutter became rich. He had a house and beautiful farm and live happily. Moral: Honesty is the best policy.

A wise man will make more opportunities than he finds . - Sir Francis Bacon

LEONARDO DA VINCHIManoj Bagale 12'B'(Sci..)

Leonardo Da Vinci was born on April 15, 1452 in Vinci, Italy. He was concerned with the laws of science and nature, which greatly informed his work as a painter, Sculptor, inventor and draftsman.

Around 350 B.C. Aristotle stated that the sound is carried to our ears by movement of air. But the realization that such movement was in the form of waves was not there. The understanding that sound is the result of waves created in air was first developed by Leonardo Da Vinci around 1500 A.D. This concept was then developed by other people. Around 1600 Galileo demonstrated that the pitch of sound depends on its frequency. However, even then the nature of the sound as form of waves was not established beyond doubt. This realization come slowly with contribution of many different

scientists. For Example, around 1640 Marin Messene, a French mathematician, measured speed of sound in air. Around 20 years later Robert Boyle established that sound cannot travel without a medium, which is an essential characteristics of any kind of wave. Later sir Isaac Newton established the correct relationship between speed of a sound in a medium and the density and compressibility of the medium. Thus, we can say that many people contributed to developing and understanding the nature of sound as wave.

Da Vinci's most well-known painting and arguably the most famous painting in the world, the Mona Lisa was a privately commissioned work and was completed sometime between 1505 and 1507.

He died on May 2, 1519 in Amboise, kingdom of France.

We think by feeling what is there to know?I hear my being dares from ear to earI wake to sleep and take my walking slow

Of those so close behind me, which are you? God bless the ground! I shall walk softly thereAnd learn by going where I have to go.

Light takes the trees but who can tell us how?The lonely worm climbs up a winding starI wanna sleep and take my walking slow.

Great Nature has another thing to do To you and me; so take the lively airAnd lovely learn by going where to go.

This shaking keeps me steady. I should know. What falls away is always. And is nearI wait to sleep and take my waking slowI learn by going where I have to go.

Value of timeBipin Chherti, 6 'D'

There is a saying "Time and tide waits for none." The saying is indeed the time waits for none. It comes and goes. Time is absolutely unbound able. Neither money nor position can buy if nothing on earth can subdue or conquer it.

The most remarkable feature of time is, its preciousness. Its potential is something which we cannot calculate. Minute is enough to win a victory. A second is enough to make you the richest man in the world. A traction of a second can make a difference between life and death. Every moment brings with it thousands of golden opportunities. Every minute is a store-house of chances. Therefore, we must not let precious time to slip away. If we do so, we allow those golden opportunities and changes to slip away too.

Good HealthDijna Baniya 6 'D'

My name is Dijna Baniya. I read in class 6D in SAM School. Today, I am joining to write a short and sweet essay about our good health.

Good health is a precious gift of nature. A healthy person does not suffer from any illness in a body mind and spirit. He can do hard works. He can do well in his life. A sick person cannot get meaningful life though he is rich.

We should follow some certain rules to be healthy. A healthy person is bold person and confident. Even a difficult work is easy to him. But an unhealthy person cannot work harder and better. Even an easy work is difficult to him. So, every one say's that Good health is the greatest wealth.

From these two paragraphs we learned that we should be healthy and fit. We shouldn't eat Junk food but we should eat healthy food with vitamins carbohydrate, Protons, Minerals etc.

DisciplineSaugat Poudel 6'D'

The practice of training people to obey rules and orders and punishing them if they don't do controlled behavior or situation that results from this training is discipline. It is the every basic of the society. It is one of the essentials of life. Corporate life is impossible without it.

Discipline has great importance in all sphere of life. A child obeys his parents without it he may spoil his life.
