Artist Mise-En-Scene

By Emily Gleeson

Front cover image-I chose this image for the front as it shows they blend together

to become a team, like their connected together like their group name also represents ‘fusion’ combining particles.-The outfits are double denim and then white tee and pink

jeans, which represents with the desire colour scheme, but this

represents their subtle 60’s vibe going on, going back in fashion.-Makeup is simple ,I used glory makeup and warm tones are the lids to represent a warm

neutral makeup look to reflect their warm souls and natural

beauty.

One of the contents page

full bleed images-Here the girls are in the same

outfits as the front cover ,but the angle of the camera is underneath them, making them prominent and seem to stand over us and looking

down on us,making them seem more important.

-The body language is showing relaxation and showing that their

cool, calm and humble artists-the makeup and clothes are the

same as before.

This red image represent the hidden mystery of her, and a danger to her and their shared music,

which intrigues the audience. Secondly the ‘1996’ t-shirt could represent something more, and it creates question to the audience. The model

address represents her confidence.

The opposite colour the the other image, represent her being the angle and her partner being the devil, but these two opposite combine to fuse together to make fusion. Her wet hair and blue brows show her confidence and lack of caring what peoples opinions

are, she shows true leadership and a good role model by her attitude to life.

First double page of Feature article-This shot represent neither of the artists looking at the camera, and both looking off either side, representing them both to be equal, even though molly on the left is leaning of Sophie, this just means they

need each other, but doesn't mean one is better than the other. The glasses reflect the bright light representing the fusion between the two girls and how they are bonded as one.

- the makeup represents the two opposite

sides again,combined

together to create one group.

4th double page article

image Again another image taken from bellow eye sight, represent their higher importance and respect.

This image represent s their normality and how they still do

things that you and me do. Their colour co-ordinating shades of pink and black again reject my colour scheme and juxtaposed

perfectly together. Molly's hair is in a messy bun with hoops

representing her attitude to be chilled and comfortable as well as relating back to 60’s fashion. When Sophie mixes new fashion ;adidas jumper’ with a vintage

tee ‘1996’ to combine a sophisticated modern twist of

60’s fashion.combing two opposites like my magazine not sticking to a genre neither does

the fashion.

2 double page articleHere is one of my favourite images.

Breaking out of her cage , she's showing us the real her, apart from all the headings and articles written about her, were exposing the real

her. This artistic shot is eye-catching and quirking ,which makes people

want to read the article. The layers of necklaces against the grey t-shirt

shows the layers of topics we will be going through.
